Joy Lindsay Tornillo
Joy Tornillo has been working as a coach in the financial services industry for over twenty years. She began her career in 1997 at a small coaching firm in Atlanta, GA. In 2005 she started JLT Consulting, Inc. where she works one-on-one with her own clients. Throughout her career, she has worked with hundreds of Financial Advisors ranging in production from $200,000 to $12 million+. She specializes in team building and business plan development and enjoys developing systems and procedures in the areas of marketing and client service. Joy has also worked on the Branch level on strategic planning including recruiting.
A native of Rochester, Minnesota, Joy received her Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Olaf College, a small liberal arts school in Northfield, MN earning double majors in Psychology & Family Resources. She graduated cum laude in 1990 and then worked as a mental health counselor for two years in Minneapolis. In 1995 she received a Juris Doctorate, with honors, from Drake University Law School in Des Moines, Iowa and subsequently moved to Atlanta, Georgia where she passed the bar exam. She currently resides in one of the northern suburbs with her husband, Glenn.
Joy’s unique background in psychology and law, allows her to develop trusting relationship with clients, while remaining objective and developing logical steps for problem solving and / or the achievement of goals. Much like a personal trainer, the clients who have the most success in any coaching relationship are those who show up with an attitude of participation and commitment. Joy views one of her main roles as pushing clients when needed and holding them accountable for the action items that they have committed to completing.
Josh D. Feinberg
Josh's past 20+years of experience has allowed him the opportunity to work with over 2500 Financial Advisors across the United States. Josh's clients include industry giants such as Morgan Stanley, Merrill Lynch, UBS, RBC Wealth Management, Wells Fargo Advisors, Credit Suisse, Raymond James, and Oppenheimer. The production range for his clients is $250,000 to $15,000,000 per year.
He excels at assisting Financial Advisors and Branch Managers to realistically identify and determine a course to reach their goals. Josh is committed to over-servicing his clients to achieve maximum results and goal attainment for each participant therefore maintaining an outstanding rate in client longevity. He uses a-hands-on-approach that includes role playing and teaching his clients how to be prepared for client and prospect communication.
Josh graduated from Florida State University with a B.S. in Communications and has worked in the sales/consulting/training field for more than 21 years.
